I am a lover of all-things yoga! My many priors years as a fitness instructor is where my desire to help people achieve personal fitness and health goals started. When I was first introduced to yoga in 2009, I was looking for a way to calm my mind and find relief from the many stresses of life. I found so much more. Through yoga I have learned quiet resilience, clarity in my path, compassion and kindness. With my new found love for yoga I started exploring the many styles which led me to a new depth of understanding in my own practice. Experiencing firsthand the astounding effects that yoga has on the Body, Mind and Spirit, I wanted to share the " Yoga Vibe" with others. In light of this, I made the decision to become a 200 RYT. My training expanded added Yin and PIY (pilates infused yoga). Finding a balance between resistance and surrender is one of my greatest commitments. Maintaining connection between Mind, Body and Spirit and sharing the path with others is my continued journey.
