The Bliss Journey
Michelle Nicklin started Bliss Yoga & Relaxation in her attic yoga room in 2010 with 6 students. Michelle has loved all things yoga for years, practising whilst she lived in other parts of the UK and overseas. As Michelle’s daughters grew she wanted to attend regular yoga classes but found very few in the local area.
She decided to train so she could practice at home but before she knew it – others wanted to take class with her. She started working with Tricia Green, our longest-serving teacher a year later and things have just grown from there.
