I teach the Five Tibetan Rites
The Five Tibetan Rites is a system of exercises reported to be more than 2,500 years old which were first publicized by Peter Kelder in a 1939 publication titled The Eye of Revelation. This yoga includes only 5 exercises and a structure that is perfect for us in this busy life covering all aspects of fitness except for cardio. Benefits focus on energy but also help with physical and mental clarity. Great to clear you mind, tone your muscles, help with digestion and even balance hormonal and menstrual imbalances. 6 non-consecutive classes for €50.
