World-class yoga teacher (beginner to seasoned practitioner)

Michelle Pugh is a world-class yoga instructor tucked away in Shelton, Washington (2 hrs from Seattle). I work in Seattle and consequently practice with many different teachers in downtown Seattle (who all teach differently) -- but it is my weekend yoga classes with Michelle and her staff that I really look forward to every week. If every beginning yoga student had the opportunity to be taught by someone of Michelle's caliber, that student would vow to practice yoga forever!

If you read Michelle's bio, you can easily see that her knowledge of physical wellness is very deep but what her bio cannot describe is how authentic, accessible and humble she is as a yoga instructor, and a human being. Many people who are curious about yoga, don't want to take that first yoga class because they are intimidated by the hyped-up celebrity voyerism surrounding yoga. Forget about all that nonsense - Michelle and her staff strip away "lables" pinned on yoga, and that is symbolic of true world-class yoga instructors. Thanks to yoga and amazing, grounded teachers like Michelle, I'm in better shape physically and emotionally at age 54 than I was at age 20. Michelle teaches yoga to everyone from children to the seasoned practitioner (she can do it all). We're blessed to have her and her staff in this small town on the Olympic Peninsula - really blessed!
