    This class is great for beginners, silver sneakers and for someone taking care of an injury and wonderful to restore mind and body balance. Students of all levels are welcome. Flowing together mindfully from pose to pose in connection with the breath, we hold restorative poses to allow for increased blood flow in order to improve flexibility and range of motion. The use of props is highly encouraged to facilitate proper alignment and mild adjustments are applied by the instructors to help you find your perfect pose.
