Michelle Schuler walked into her first yoga class six years ago and knew she had come home after years of searching for the right form of exercise for both mind and body. She was then inspired to complete her RYT 200 and RYT 500 through Empowered Yoga. Michelle has been teaching for five years and also facilitates yoga teacher trainings. She completed Street Yoga Training in order to participate in the Redemption I Project for at risk youth in Wilmington, Delaware and is currently working to complete her RCYT 90 through Little Flowers Yoga.
Michelle’s classes will encourage you to check your ego and competitive drive at the door and just breathe. For an hour or more with no cell phones, email or drama, focus on you, your breath and your body. She believes there is wisdom and peace in the simple alignment of mind, heart and body resulting in the satisfaction of a need to look inward….and learning to be pleased with what you find. Michelle will guide you to clean the slate with each pose, celebrate what you and your body can do and learn to enjoy the moment. You will move through a practice of key poses that will allow you to extend this gift from your mat to the rest of your life.
