My physical asana practice of the late 80's led to deeper studies and intensive teacher training for certification, and those studies continue today. I met my spiritual teacher in the 90's who gave me the essential practices of meditation, scriptural studies, contemplation and selfless service. Since then my focus has been on the anatomy of injury, and the therapeutic benefits of the physical practice, and even more so on mindfulness and meditation, and it's essential role in modern life. Most consider me a "teachers' teacher", and I love all levels of student, especially beginners. Most of my time is spent one on one with clients.
