E-RYT200. Have been teaching yoga since 2003. I teach primarily alignment based classes, but also include meditation and beginner pranayama(breath control). I teach privates , beach yoga and classes for special occasions.
My teacher is Master Purna yoga teacher Aadil Palkhivala,. I also study with Tias Little and Meridith Musick. . My classes and workshops are adapted to the level of the students and their needs. I have a wealth of knowledge on safe alignment for asana and am known for a sense of humor while presenting. There is always room for learning and laughter in Michelle’s classes!
