Playful, free spirited, bohemian who LOVES to travel and share the joys of health, wellness and yoga. I am a recovering corporate junkie, Mother of 2 grown human-beans & 3 fur-babies! I own my own lifestyle transformation company called Lotus & Lettuce. I teach yoga, personal fitness training and whole healthy eating as well as cooking. My approach to yoga is fun, after all I am a YTT graduate of Eoin Finn's "Blissology" program. I try to encourage a humble adventure that let's go of the desire for perfection; my classes are typically a strong flow style with a core focus and an arm balance or two thrown in.
