The concept of "Healing Movements" is derived from my studies and practices of Ayurveda, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation, and contemporary fitness principles.
Physical fitness is an important element for our health and it cannot be attained only through physical exercises. Nutrition and life style are key factors to attaining the optimal results from physical exercises.
Another key element for our health is mental fitness and without it, holistic health cannot be attained.
Focusing on physical fitness alone and ignoring wellness of mind is like building a strong fort but ignoring the wellness of the soldiers who protect it.
