I offer tailored private, corporate, small group yoga classes. I also teach yoga workshops and courses. I am also available for events and sacred circle work (such as women's circles).
My approach to teaching yoga is nurturing, safe and therapeutic. We are all unique and there is no 'one size fits all' approach to life or your yoga practice. My aim as a teacher is to share the benefits of this healing practice in such a way that is accessible, safe and meaningful. Yoga is much more than a physical practice, it has the power to connect our inner and outer worlds leading to a content state of being.
In private sessions, we start with a structural assessment and discuss a little of your history and aims for your practice and develop a program suited to you. You will receive knowledge and tools to guide your own practice. Private sessions offer a deeper experience of learning and attention.
Group classes can also be tailored to the needs of the students and may be suitable for corporate, studios, gyms, events, workshops and courses.
Combined with Asana (physical postures), I can incorporate Pranayama (powerful breath work), Meditation, Nada (yoga of sound including mantra, song and instruments), Yoga Philosophy, Kriya yoga and Yoga Nidra (psychic sleep).
My other interests and specialties include; Vegan cooking, Raw food, Healthy Nutrition, Aromatherapy, Sacred Ceremonial work honoring the Earth, Nature Medicine
