I’ve been practicing yoga for many years, but only in 2009 did yoga enter my life to stay. Since then I’ve been first practicing daily meditation and later I’ve been developing daily self-practice of asana in my quest to discover my true self.
After working for many years in the Airline/travel industry, I decided to drop my long-term career and dedicate myself entirely to my passion: yoga.
I went to India to learn how to teach from the source, where I qualified as a 500-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance.
My classes are gentle, kind, genuine, energetic and encouraging. I pay careful attention to the students’ individual needs and give adjustments, variations and modifications whilst helping them to connect with their bodies and minds. I teach from my heart and try to create an environment in which the students can explore and discover their inner potential, sharing wholeheartedly the many blessings that yoga has brought to my own life.
I feel deep gratitude towards all my wonderful and beloved teachers.
