I am a certified kids yoga instructor in Los Angeles, Ca. When I began teaching I felt it was important to incorporate my personality and creative expression in each of my sessions. So, I make sure to include, art, dance, and expression in my classes. I like to provide the children with the tools to explore their own bodies limits and perhaps go beyond them. We have one motto in my class that is to do your best and our best changes everyday!
