I believe that Yoga, with its various forms and styles has benefits for the mind and the body that are available to all who are willing to try and persist, regardless of age, health or experience.
Through gentle yet effective body postures and movements, various breathing practices, relaxation techniques and mindful meditation, yoga can address physical and mental challenges that life brings along.
Yoga can counterbalance stiff and tired as well as over-active and restless body and mind by offering much needed stretch and movement as well as stillness, awareness, clarity and focus, kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others.
