I discovered yoga a few years ago whilst studying for my MA in Advertising. I have never been an athletic or fitness focused person, but yoga has helped me to connect my mind to body and given me a passion to stay healthy.
Whilst backpacking around the world, I was fortunate enough to complete my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Byron Bay, Australia.
Once I returned home, I quickly began to share my passion of teaching yoga with friends and family before branching out to teach in local studios and health clubs.
I truly love teaching yoga and my goal is to continue spreading the many loving benefits of practicing yoga in today's busy hectic world, where so often we forget to take time for ourselves.
My yoga classes vary depending on the levels and preferences for the class. Whether the class class for introductory beginner poses or strengthening and backbending, you are sure to always leave with a smile on your face.
