Yoga has been a reservoir of healing for me on so many levels. As a survivor of many challenges and traumas, I found a deep sense of joy and healing through the practice of yoga and meditation. I began teaching vinyasa yoga in 2013. My goal is to create a deep sense of self-awareness within myself and to guide others on their own journey of self-awareness.
