Kundalini yoga has been transformative for me. Meditation and mantra are the tools that help me in my life along with my love of learning. Everyone's journey is their own and I honor that when I instruct classes. We are all unique in our physical abilities,for me there is no 'perfect' posture, things are always in flux and the benefit of yoga is to remind yourself to be flexible in body-mind-spirit and forgiving of yourself.
