Minna has practised Yoga since 1992, mainly Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha yoga. She is passionate about yoga, health and wellbeing. Minna is qualified nurse and has been working in health care sector for over 10 years.
Minna is running Hatha yoga classes and workshops in Norwich, UK and also practising Shiatsu massage in Norwich Wellbeing centre.

Excellent class

Very friendly instructor. Easy to talk to and will assist when you need help or are a bit lost. Always a good lesson and you come away feeling energised.

Relaxing and good for my back.

Well-rounded and informative yoga sessions

The yoga classes run by Minna are informative and interactive sessions. Excellent guidance and alternatives to poses are always provided to ensure that each individual student within a class is able to achieve the most from each session. A well - rounded mix incorporating the physical benefits and postures of Yoga are combined with the more subtle but equally important qualities of this subject by including breath work and internal relaxation time to end each class.
Instruction is clear and each class is well thought out whilst also allowing room for adaptation and natural progression of each student. Thoroughly enjoyable and friendly classes.

Yoga I would loved to go!

Minna is lovely, friendly, experienced teacher who considers both your physical and spiritual needs. She helps you to see your strengths and shows you the way to develop in yoga. She listens her students. She takes every student as an individual and teach them in the way she knows is the best way for them to develop. I have been in her class in Finland so unfortunately I can´t take part in her yoga lessons now.

Well balanced teacher

Minna is a patient, kind teacher. She is mindful of the needs of both the individual and of the class as a whole. She encourages one to gently progress a little more each session. Her Wednesday class in Martineau Hall, Colegate is a haven from the Norwich city centre lunchtime bustle. Top marks!!

A beautiful class

Minna has a very calm manner and soothing voice which instantly relaxes you yet also makes you work hard for your own practice. Well structured classes with a confident teaching approach and gentle adjustments make the students feel at ease.

Lovely

Really nice class, good explanations and demonstrations. Not too much chat so you can focus on the postures, but friendly and approachable too. Nice yoga. :)
