Hi I'm Miriam, and I Love to share yoga! :)
What I Love about teaching yoga is helping others to remember what it's like to feel physically more comfortable in their bodies and emotionally more content in their hearts. It's an honor to be part of the exchange of this ancient wisdom through the elements of the practice and I'm grateful for the students who share that journey with me. Together we discover new possibilities for one another, while supporting and celebrating the individual experiences along the way. Plus - it can be SO MUCH FUN!
My intention is to study and share the fundamentals of what yogis do and why it's done, while creating space for your intuition as it guides your way. My classes include detailed content that is designed to embed a foundation for your continued practice as you grow.
