For the past 8 years, yoga has been a big part of my life. It started as a way to exercise. With time, I realized the positive impact it had not only on my body but in my life. It almost became an addiction.
In 2012, I ventured on a trip to India to dive deeper into this amazing science. Since then, it has been a journey of self discovery. This trip gave me the inspiration to be a teacher and share what I have learned so far. Using Yoga to empower the body, mind and spirit.
My class is an ashtanga based sequence. A complete flow and endurance building vinyasa. All levels welcome! Namaste
