Miriam started practising yoga in 1998. What started as a weekly practice turned into a life philosophy.

In 2009 she became a certified hatha yoga teacher (500 hrs RYT Yoga Alliance).

Miriam has been teaching gentle hatha yoga since September 2009.

She continues to attend workshops and retreats so that she can better share the wonders of yoga with her students. In 2014 she became a certified Hormone Yoga therapist (levels I, II and III with Dinah Rodrigues).

Miriam lives yoga on and off the mat. She continuously experiences the benefits of yoga on her physical as well as mental well-being and in all aspects of her life. It is this experience she conveys with enthusiasm to her students during the hatha yoga class.

I found the Hormone Yoga classes of Miriam a breath of fresh air… After years of thyroid problems and therefore reduced fertility, I refound a healthy balance. My energy level increased tremendously, I slept better…And after two months of Hormone Yoga practice, my monthly period came back. Miriam explains the exercises very well, always gently and with a smile. She always gives the lessons in an attractive and professionally equipped environment. She is always available for questions and advice. A “must” for anyone who wants to bring their body back into balance. Anne, Brussels 2015

Another way of learning Yoga.

With Miriam I've learnt and enjoyed a lot. Thanks to her I'm more motivated than ever to keep practicing Yoga. Her classes are very dynamic and peaceful at the same time. You can feel in a safe place without being judged and just practicing the exercises the best you can, as your body allows you to. I could feel relaxed and also aware of what I was feeling in every posture. She's been always very friendly and helpful, always giving advice of how improve the exercises and feel better with yourself. She's one of the best teachers I've ever had and that's why I recommend her a 100%.

A truly inspirational teacher

Before I joined Miriam's class, I had tried yoga twice before and though I liked the exercises, I sometimes felt like I did not belong - only the very limber people seemed to belong there. I felt like a fish on dry land, and probably looked like one if I am being completely honest, so I was discouraged from really commiting to it. Then I joined Miriam and 'her' yogis and I am so happy I did. She truly has a gift for teaching and tranferring her peaceful mindset to yours. She is an inspiring and open-minded teacher and I can recommend her classes to anyone. Thank you for everything, Miriam!
