It took only one class for Misha to find her way forward. The road she has walked was filled with challenges and through the practice of yoga, she found the life skills and tools to keep her focused, healthy and constantly growing. Misha successfully completed the 200-hour Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training in Denver, USA during March 2012 and a 200-hour Power Vinyasa Teacher Training in Cape Town in 2011.
As with the poses we hold and the movements we need to make to get there, the discipline of yoga has become a part of Misha’s every step forward. She sees yoga as so much more than asana on your mat; it is about the choices we make and the actions we take. Blending personal growth with vibrant music, she believes that you have the ability to build and gain your physical health and strength through the practice of yoga.
