My primary focus in yoga has been with Anusara style of yoga which focuses on the biomechanics of the body and a full expression of life. I have extensive training in yoga therapeutics with master teachers John Friend and Todd Norian. I am currently enrolled in a 300 hr training with Todd Norian and the Ashaya method of yoga.
Also, I am a certified Pilates instructor and I have taught Pilates for the past 6 years. Certified through Balanced Body University.
