Personalized with the perfect mind / body balance

My husband and I have done yoga on and off for several years. We wanted some personal instruction to take our practice to the next level. MJ was amazing. She struck the perfect balance for us. She is safe, mechanically focused, spiritual, kind and showed us some unique moves that were aligned to some deeper areas we wanted to work on. It’s was a great class. We will definitely work with her again.

I had never tried Yoga before taking classes with MJ and now I can't imagine my life without Yoga in it. MJ is a very experienced and knowledgeable instructor. She challenges and encourages us as students to do things we never thought we were capable of. She has taught us to not be judgmental of ourselves, and to push our boundaries. I would highly recommend MJ to all, from the beginner to advanced.

Outstanding Yoga Instructor

I have been taking small group yoga classes with MJ for almost a year. She was selected by our office over another instructor and we have been absolutely delighted with our choice. Her voice is very soothing/relaxing and she explains what we're doing and why. She is great at reminding you about your breathing and all the other little nuances of what your body should be doing/feeling in each pose.

She will provide adjustments as needed to ensure you're in the correct position (or as close as your body/flexibility allow), but is not overbearing and does not push you past what you are comfortable with. I have also done a private session with her and absolutely loved it. If I lived closer to her studio I would definitely be taking classes more frequently.

MJ is awesome! She is all of the above and more! She is a very well balanced instructor that guides us both mentally and physically with all aspects of Yoga and Mediatation. She pushes us to be the best we can be on and off the Yoga Mat!!!
