My goal is to facilitate stress release, mind-body-spirit connection, and effort with ease . Yoga can "do" so much in people's lives when they allow hope to walk that journey of allowing with every student who shows up in my classes.
The style of yoga I teach Hatha. I also utilize the theory of yin/yang and promote peace, allowing (rather than forcing) and non-violence as existing within already, but need cultivation, uncovering and steady practice to fully manifest. It is a life long journey for us all.
