I am a yoga and meditation teacher working in Speldhurst and Tunbridge Wells in Kent, specialising in Mindful yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. I have been practicing yoga for over 22 years and have experience in many styles with influences from several traditions, including Iyengar and Satyananda yoga. I have trained to Level 2 in Mindfulness Based Initiatives and am interested in the therapeutic aspects of yoga, especially for stress and anxiety. My classes fold Mindfulness into movement, yogic breathing practices relaxation and meditation, bringing benefits that we can take out into our everyday lives.
