Molly ‘s lifelong passion for expressive movement has propelled her forward each day with an abundance of curiosity. After years of dance, gymnastics and competitive running, it was only a matter of time before Molly discovered the lasting benefits of Yoga.
Molly found Yoga while studying at Simmons College in Boston and has explored a variety of styles for over 7 years. In 2012, Molly took a momentous journey to the jungles of Costa Rica where she practiced yoga twice a day surrounded by a beautifully intensive group of Yogis. Molly returned home committed to her practice and enrolled in the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Megan Lutz. Molly graduated from Peaceful Way Wellness in Woodbury, CT in August 2014 and is a RYT-200 with the Yoga Alliance, certified in classical Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga.
Molly approaches her classes with a focus on accessibility to ensure that every attendee can participate and experience the same connective bliss that attracted Molly to her own practice. She strives to awaken her students “stellar selves” by encouraging new possibility in balance, flexibility, strength and focus.
