Molly began her yoga journey in 2003, looking for a way to cross train and add depth to her dance regimen. She soon discovered that yoga added more to her life than just being a dance enhancement--which inspired her to become a Yoga Teacher to share the love and wonderful experiences she's had with yoga.
Molly began her teacher training in Spring of 2007 at CorePower Yoga under the direction and instruction of Lisa Richards. She graduated from the CPY program and became an accredited RYT through Yoga Alliance in 2008.
Molly has taken numerous local classes from teachers including Dave Farmar and Lisa Richards, and has taken workshops with Tias Little, Ana Forrest, Desiree Rumbaugh, and Elise Miller, to name a few.
When she isn't teaching Belly Dance or Yoga, she is part of the operations team at be present, a Colorado based, eco-friendly, yoga lifestyle clothing company.
Molly appreciates how yoga benefits so many facets of her daily life on an ongoing basis.
