Monica is a full time yoga teacher and studio owner dedicated to preserving, spreading and exploring the therapeutic yoga proliferated by Bishnu Ghosh. More widely know as "Bikram" yoga, Monica is on the leading edge of the next generation; taking students beyond the widely taught 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises. She has spent her entire life studying the physical body while trying with every cell of her being to connect with people on a heart level that serves all. Her teaching is both practical, simple and intuitive. She has a strong ability to customize universal alignment for individual bodies and lives.
In the last several years she has branched out into training students to teach the basic series and derives great pleasure and challenge in this realm of yoga education.
