I teach Yoga and Pilates at a number of Portland, OR studios, as well as my home studio. My classes range from active athletic flow to one-on-one therapeutic practice.
I strive to help clients gain a stronger mind-body connection, so each individual can feel in control of his or her well being. The first step is to tap into ones breath, find ease in proper body alignment, and move with awareness. These simple principles make all the difference between discomfort or injury, and comfort and well being.
