Morgan teaches a fun and dynamic Vinyasa flow class, with creative sequencing and strong focus on the breath. She has a background in dance and gymnastics and as a result, incorporates music to help energize and motivate her students. Her flows are often strong and quickly paced, keeping a sense of fun through the incorporation of inversions and arm balances.
She graduated from the Stretch / Frog Lotus Yoga International RYT - 200 teacher training in 2014. And regularly teaches an inversion workshop at Stretch.
Her classes are suitable for both beginners and intermediate yoga students looking to increase strength, stamina and flexibility whilst cultivating a stillness of mind.
