I started practicing yoga early in my sophmore year of college as a way to releive stress from the life as a student and because I like so many others only saw it as a great way to workout. I quickly fell in love with the practice and the way I would feel when my feet touched my mat. My twice a week practice soon became an everyday thing, and I couldn't get enough. In the summer of 2013 I began looking at the idea of going to teacher training. I didn't know if I wanted to teach but I knew I wanted to deepen my practice. In the summer of 2014 I flew to Pavones, Costa Rica and trained at Pavones Yoga Center. A place that words cannot describe. I teach a slow flow style Vinyasa. Emphasis in alignment and hands on adjustments.
