I spend half the year teaching on the Dru Yoga, meditation and Dance teacher Training courses in Australasia, and the other half at the Dru International centre in Snowdonia Wales.

In Australia I offer one-on-one classes, mentorings and weekend retreats in yoga, meditation, and vision boarding.

I am also a massage therapist trained in Ayurvedic Abhyanga full body warm oil massage and Thai foot and hand massage, and I am a practising Journey therapist.
