Mun Yi started yoga with the hopes of overcome a nagging ankle injury from her days as a competitive runner and swimmer. After 4 years of practicing and being freed of the injury, she decided that she wanted to share the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga that also helped her cope with the demands of a travel-heavy corporate role. She is also an avid traveller for leisure purposes - discovering and sharing new practices and perspectives. "As long as you can breathe, you can practice yoga" is her mantra.
