I discovered the full yoga experience, shortly after my career in a multinational communication agency and my life started feeling like the hamster wheel - just keep running in circles without progress and purpose. Amazed at how the practice alleviated the stresses of corporate life and how it helped achieve a much needed personal balance I started studying yoga. That is when the magical door opened!
Since then Yoga has been part of my life and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYT200 by Yoga Alliance) and a 50 hour Yoga Anatomy course with Yoga Studio Maroussi. I attended several local and international teachers’ workshops and will always be a student of the practice. I am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
My classes can provide what your hard working aching body craving proper sweat and stretch, and your stressed, anxious, occasionally overwhelmed mind is looking for. I teach from invigorating athletic vinyasa to relaxing restorative yin classes with Yoga Nidra at the end.
I also provide corporate/ office yoga at the comfort of your meeting room!
I’m calm, fun, optimistic, sunshine loving and good-times appreciating. I’ll guide you through the yogic paths but will savor a good steak, a glass of wine and chocolate! I’ll waterski, mountain ski, hike and run, and will always breathe in awe in front of nature, watching at the sky, the ocean and the mountains!
