I was first introduced to yoga in my teens by a beloved aunt, but didn't fully embrace it until my early 30s, after I gave birth to my second daughter. For the past 10 years I've immersed myself in yoga philosophy, retreats in the States and abroad, workshops, several trainings and certifications. I love teaching and watching my students experience the many benefits of a yoga and pranayama practice. I teach chair yoga to seniors as a volunteer and have taught children, the underprivileged and mentally challenged on a pro bono basis. I've substituted in the corporate sector and enjoy teaching yoga in a variety of settings. A simple an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I recommend meditation and yoga as a tool to attain more health & wellbeing, to all my clients.
