Nivea is a meticulous, fully engaged yoga instructor. Yoga occupies an important place in her life since 1993, firstly introduced by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, in India. Adventurer and restless, Yoga became a way of finding her own centre when out of balance. Through important life traumas, she realized the extensiveness of our abilities to heal physical injuries, sustain chronic pain, but most importantly, to change how we perceive, and therefore, how affected by traumatic events we are. She enjoys teaching a combination of Yin/Yang Yoga style, holding some postures for longer to target deeper tissues. Her aim is to have fun and to provide you with space and tools for self-exploration and to embody mindfulness in your everyday life.
