Nadi’s journey with yoga started on her first visit to India a decade ago.
Seeking transformation and healing, she found the path of yoga and learned to nourish her body and soul through movement and meditation.
After exploring different yoga schools and teachers around the world, she arrived to PachaMama to get her certificate. Since then, she has assisted many trainings in order to continue to learn and deepen her practice.
Through graceful body movement, Nadi makes a safe space for self-exploration while diving into the deeper realms of natures creative energy. Cultivating the art of deep presence and conscious breath creates a playful merge between a strong active vinyasa flow and a yin style grounding and melting – uniting body, mind and spirit as one.
