Nadia studied traditional Ashtanga Yogasana and Pranayama from teacher Sri. V. Sheshadri in the exact way this method was personally introduced to him by T. Krishnamacharya and Patabbhi Jois. Annually Nadia stays two months with her teacher in Patanjala Ashtanga Yoga Shala in Mysore, India to enhance her spiritual and physical performances on the path of yoga. In daily life she practices Ashtanga Yogasanas 6 days in a week respecting new-moon and full-moon as day-off. Being inside of this discipline puts her on advanced position to perceive the life through strong and healthy body and calm and steady mind, to avoid daily stress situations, to see the new personal perspectives, to respect and enjoy peace and harmony of each single moment.

Nadia is immensely grateful to God and to her Teacher for the chance to share her experience in Ashtanga Yoga practice with each one who wants to open the door towards self-fulfillment.

Nadia teaches in Russian, Italian, English, French
