I have been teaching Sivananda Yoga for about two years and feel extremely proud and grateful to be part of this iconic lineage. Sivananda is a perfect style for beginners but also for those interested in going deeper into the philosophy, history and discipline. This is a very traditional style. I love to also practice Vinyasa, as I love the flow and movement linked with the breath. It feels like a dance! I completed my Vinyasa 200 hours upon my most recent trip to India April 2014 and almost immediately after training I had a job teaching in Koh Phangan, Thailand. I also offer Thai Yoga, Holistic and Tibetan massage with a sports massage training on the way. I love life and yoga equally and try to bring an element of fun to all of my classes.
