I share my experience of yoga at weekly classes in my home town of Youngsville PA. Classes always begin with the breath, this is our essence of life and the foundation of our practice. From the breath, students are guided to a centering meditation. We then slowly move into the flow of body, breath and spirit, as yoga postures are integrated. Intensity levels and intentions for class are guided by the seasons, the participants and intuition of each groups needs for well being. I care about my students and what brings them to Classes provide a safe and sacred space where each individual is supported on his or her journey and guided to turn inward and learn to listen and locate personal healing and peace. My yoga classes invite students to listen to their bodies and re-member themselves so that they can begin to breathe, move and learn to BE.
