Najla has been practicing yoga for 13 years and teaching for over 11. The physical discipline along with the mental spiritual connection to the self is what has kept Najla focused on her practice and teaching. For Najla yoga has meant finding the center of herself and to become balanced within the challenges of life's ups and downs. Najla teaches Vinyasa flow classes that build strength, flexibility, and endurance. The principles of her teaching are to practice with grace and challenge yourself with awareness. Najla encourages the student to feel their breath and allow their own intuition to guide themselves through their practice without competition but with deep love and respect for one’s bodies and its limitations.
