I began practicing yoga properly 18 years ago when I was pregnant with my first … I am now qualified in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Pre and Post Natal Yoga and Yoga Rhythm.
I particularly enjoy Vinyasa Flow and take pleasure working with integrating alignment, core work and breathing techniques to create fun sequences available at all levels and with modifications. I enjoy the challenge of breaking down the most demanding asanas into steps to make them accessible to all and encourage my students to have faith in their bodies, at the same times as being kind to themselves and still working beyond their expectations.
Each class I teach is designed to energize the body, cultivate a meditative consciousness, and give greater vitality and health….leaving my students feeling positive about themselves.
