My Yogi

I have been with Nancy for quite a few years now. I took yoga when I was young and then never again until I hit my 50's. Nancy was wonderful in teaching me what I never learned and also what I need at this time of our lives. I find her classes well thought out for our daily living and also informative in a gentle helpful way.
