I am here to empower you to live a healthy, well balanced, embodied life by utilizing yogic tools, heart centered teachings and healing, and to give you a deeper experience of who you really are. Yoga taught me to love me and that is one of the many reasons I love this style of yoga. Yoga means to yoke together, the reunion of your limited self with your true Self which helps you remember the unification/oneness that already is- meaning you are whole and complete as you are. You don’t need to be “fixed”. Yes, you may need help, but you are not broken. These yoga practices lead you inward and move you from doing to being and from forcing to surrender.
I use Yoga Nidra or Guided Relaxation, also known as ‘effortless relaxation or yogic rest’ to help you with an inner journey of deep rest, nourishment, relaxation and helps your unconscious mind open to new ways of thinking, healing, and fulfilling your conscious intentions. I also weave in healing modalities such as, Ho’opono’pono, EFT, Clearing/Release Work, Pranic Healing, Spinal Release Yoga and Coaching to help make shifts. Together we work deep, not hard. There’s a difference. Yoga is meant to be a path of inner unfoldment in which we cultivate both glad acceptance and loving presence that gently and sometimes subtly shifts and changes you and your life from the inside out. I am your companion, cheerleader, and mentor who can help you regain freedom in your body with less stress, less pain, and more rejuvenation.
