I teach a vinyasa flow style class linking breath with movement. I support my students with patience and compassion allowing them to unfold in a safe and supportive environment.
I find a sense of calmness and ease hiking in the mountains and enjoy practicing yoga outdoors. This inspired me to start Peaksandposes, a trail yoga business. We leave our mats at home and integrate our practice into nature and find a greater connection to life. Breathe, balance and flow with me sometime.
