Hi,
I am a Dru Yoga teacher. I have enjoyed many styles of yoga over the years but I am passionate about Dru. Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit—improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being. It's also fun and ANYONE can do it!

Exercise and fun

Naomi's sessions are full of energy and fun. I liked dru yoga as it is more about movements rather than sitting in one position for a long time. Naomi pays attention to everyone in the class and makes sure they have correct postures and breathing patterns. She uses really good music to go with activations and rest of the sessions. My favourite posture is the Warrior.
I attended her sessions with a neighbour of mine who is 76 years old. She now practices the postures sitting on a chair in her home and finds some relief from her back pain.
I would honestly recommend Naomi to anyone who wants to enjoy exercise through dru yoga!

female only class brilliant and very beneficial with a fab teacher!!, great comfortable venue, free parking..an absolute must try for all ladies !!
