I was an Ambassador in the Bondi Junction store in Sydney for Lululemon and now alumni.

I am originally from I left Perth in 1993 to pursue my dreams of holistic beauty, wellness and health. I set up my award winning business called Human Nurture Wellness centre in 1995 in Vaucluse Sydney.
I’ve been teaching yoga since 2005 and been a student of yoga since 1994. My yoga journey began through meditation. Experiencing many silent retreats and Vipasana.
I specilaise in teaching yoga nidra and have a well known CD called the Calm and Contented out
