My journey as a teacher began in Okinawa, Japan in 2006. I am trained in Power Vinyasa with a 200 hour certification and have a 500 hour training inclusive of many yoga styles. I am also a trained Therapeutic Chef. I have a passion for sharing my love of yoga and healthy meals with others. My website is Tranquility Studios, which is a fusion of natural therapeutic cooking and hatha yoga. The studio offers vinyasa, prenatal, gentle and restorative yoga. The wellness center offers diet direction, pantry clean-outs and menu planning.
