My classes and 1-2-1 sessions use Gentle Hatha Yoga, Yoga-Nidra, breath work, meditation, visualisation, body scanning and many wonderfully restorative ways to slow down, check your day in at the door and simply be. This allows your mind to quieten, giving you the space to explore and find your true self. This sense of space will enable you to discover who you really are - you will emerge a stronger, wiser, calmer you with more clarity and a deeper sense of self. Feeling better equipped to understand your own mind-body connection and to live your life in a calm and peaceful way regardless of what life brings to your door.
